We are a pet friendly community! Two pets are allowed per residence. Cats and dogs are welcome, but exotic animals are not permitted. We do not have weight limits, but some breeds are restricted, including Chow Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, American Bull, Terrier Bulldog, American Bulldog, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario and Rottweiler.

All pets must be registered with the office and a pet addendum must be on file. Please contact the office if you have a service animal or an emotional support animal (ESA). All city ordinances also apply.

Livano Liberty Park offers thoughtfully designed 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartment homes with open-concept layouts and modern finishes. Livano Liberty Park is within the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority’s broader MAX Transit service area, which includes Vestavia Hills. The closest major fixed-route service is MAX Route 280 along the Highway 280 corridor, connecting destinations such as The Summit, The Colonnade, Grandview Medical Center, UAB, Five Points South, and Downtown Birmingham; MAX also offers on-demand service in designated areas not regularly served by fixed routes.
