The Livano Pet Center is a one-of-a-kind premier resort for your fur family. Exclusive to residents of The Livano Liberty Park, your dogs and cats will receive on-site love and support by our skilled Pet Manager. Pets will experience the warmest, full-service accommodations, including dog day care, pet suites, paw shop, pet spa, veterinary services, and much more.
Pet Policy
You have come to the right place with your furry friends!
The Livano Liberty Park is a pet-friendly community and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. From nearby walking trails to the multiple pet stations throughout the property, you and your furry friend will be able to enjoy the outdoors together.
Our non-refundable pet fee is $400 for the first and $600 for the 2nd, with a two-pet per apartment limit. The monthly pet rent is $20 per pet and the best part is, we do not have a weight limit! We do, however, have some breed restrictions. (see below)
Dog breeds that are restricted:
*German Shepherd
*Doberman
*Rottweiler
*Pit bull
*Chow
*Bull Mastiff
*Wolf-dog hybrid
*Great Dane
*St Bernard
Any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.
Other pets that are restricted:
Ferrets
Reptiles
Tarantulas
Rodents
